Rite to die

This happened to be one of the first lectures in this class and I happened to enjoy it very much and it made me excited for the future. Starting off this lecture we had done research on the ancient Greek burial rites to kick start our reading of Antigone. I had lowkey always been a little history nerd so this was fun to me to research. I found some truly interesting information, I had no idea they had a multiple day ceremony and they believed in a true afterlife and would bury you with keys to the afterlife. This lecture overall also kick started my enjoyment for this class.
